Good tunes to keep you motivated!

Summer's over, my friends...but that doesn't mean you disregard the workout plan.  It will be Spring again before you know it!

Recently, I've realized I need to do more cardio than running so I starting taking Spinning classes again.  Somehow the 45 minutes flies right by!  Last week, our instructor played a great mix of tunes and said it's "Tommy Hilfiger's Playlist" listed in the New York Times.  Check it out:

"Sympathy for the Devil" The Rolling Stones
"Shine on You Crazy Diamond" Pink Floyd
"Use Somebody" Kings of Leon
"California Girls" Katy Perry
"Taxi Cab" Vampire Weekend
"The Man Who Sold the World" David Bowie
"Love, Reign O'er Me" The Who
"The One" Mary J. Blige featuring Drake
"LA Woman" The Doors
"One Way or Another" Blondie
"Just a Girl" No Doubt
"Sweet Child o' Mine" Guns N Roses
"Welcome to Paradise" Green Day
"Drop it Like it's Hot" Snoop Dog featuring Pharrell
"American Woman" Lenny Kravitz
"Californication" Red Hot Chili Peppers
"Time to Pretend" MGMT
"Crazy in Love" Beyonce
"Rock that Body" The Black Eyed Peas

Feel free to download on your ipod and start spinning away those winter lbs!
