Day 1: Turkey Day, Thursday, 11/24/11
Today was the very first day of Runner's World Magazine "Run Streak" - running at least 1 mile every day from Thanksgiving until New Years Day. Today we continued our tradition of running the Turkey Chase 10k race 8:30 am. Day 1 RWRunStreak = 6.2 miles :)

Day 2: Woke up at 6:30am, ran a recovery run of 20 minutes, 1.70 miles and stretched |
Day 3: Ran a slow 1.70 miles. It's almost December and I was able to run in shorts - sunny & 63 degrees today! After the run, I did a ToneItUp Ab workout. |
Day 5: SHREDmill workout on the treadmill - about 35 minutes and 2.70 miles |
Day 6: TIU Tone-N-Pump Workout .50 mile run, 30 luges, 20 shoulder pushups. Repeat x 3! |
Day 7: Easy 1.0 mile on treadmill |
