We're Moving!

Well, it's been a while and we've been quite the busy bees -  I finished grad school with a 4.0!  And I just bought my first house! 

We bought the house last week but aren't moving in until next weekend.  So you know where you'll find me?  Packing.  We need to do some serious packing this weekend!  I keep saying, "let's pack the stuff we won't use until we move"....yet somehow I think I'll use everything in these two weeks (even though I haven't touched it in two years). 

Although we love the idea of more space, most of all, we're looking forward to the SUNSHINE!  Our place now is great but it faces north with trees all around us.  We kid that when one speck of sunshine reflects into our living room, we need to grab our sunglasses.  I'm really looking forward to finally growing plants and flowers (I had to bring the few I have to work just to keep them alive).

We're only moving about a mile but we Ryan is very excited to have a lawn to mow and a garden to plant fresh veggies in. 

Since I have more free time now, I'll be sure to post several moving pictures, our first "entrance as homeowners", our housewarming party, and keep you posted on our new journey as homeowners!
