Easy Breakfast Muffins

Next weekend, we're having an Open House Brunch with lots of family.  One challenge - we're serving children and my sister is a vegetarian so we have to make sure we have something for everyone.  The best part - you can make with or without meat, with or without cheese and add any vegetables you want!


  Here's one great recipe that I thought was easy to make, easy for people to eat and most likely, everyone will enjoy!  Below are the ingredients I used, but feel free to mix it up.


Easy Breakfast Muffins
 
 
 
Ingredients
 
6 eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
Cheese
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/4 cup onion
3 links of turkey sausage
Olive oil spray
Salt & pepper
 
Directions
 
Pour egg into a greased cupcake pan, then add toppings - peppers, cheese, onion, turkey sausage, etc. Bake them at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.  Let cool for 5 minutes.
