I've always believed breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However some mornings, the last thing I want to do is make something before running out the door.
If you're in the same boat, try this great new idea I found on Weight Watchers website:
For late-risers, here's a breakfast option you can toss into the blender the night before, refrigerate, and whip up just before, refrigerate, and whip up just before you walk out the door. Before bed, combine 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (Chobani!), a banana, four strawberries and 1/2 cup apple juice in a blender. In the morning, add ice and blend until smooth.
