SHRED-IT with Kettlebells!


I've always enjoyed Jillian Michaels workouts.  She's a tough cookie and makes you work hard.  In the past, I've done her 30 Day Shred and could tell a huge difference after about two weeks. 

Recently, I've noticed a ton of people (both, guys and girls) using kettlebells at the gym.  I always wanted to try it...and now I can without looking like a newbie! 

I've just come across Jillian's new video that uses a kettlebell!  Check it out for yourself, it looks pretty intense! Shred with Weights (watch the video)

I've already purchased the video and a 15 lb kettlebell from Amazon.com.  It should arrive on Saturday!  Updates to come.....
