Delicious Lunch Idea


I was reading Fitness Magazine and came across what one of the magazine interns eats for lunch.  I thought it sounded delicious and tried it myself!  It was so easy to make, delicious & filled me up for the afternoon (which is unheard of!).  Hope you enjoy!

Meditteranean Pita Pizza

1 Whole Wheat Pita
1 Tbsp Garlic Hummus
1/4 avocado cut into small pieces
Cherry tomatoes cut in half
Feta Cheese

Simply spread the hummus on top of the pita (do not cut and open) and then layer on the goodies!
