I am totally inspired by these Tone It Up ladies! This morning, I did my morning workout and treated myself to this amazing protein shake - it honestly tastes like a Reese's Peanut Butter ice cream shake.
In a blender, combine the following ingredients:
- 4 oz Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 banana
- 1 to 2 Tsp of Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 to 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein
- ice
