Oatmeal with Protein Recipe


I decided to experiment with my usual breakfast this morning and it was actually pretty tasty so I thought I would share!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Steel Cut Oats
  • 3/4 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Water (I prefer my oatmeal a little more dry)
  • 1 tsp Honey
Directions

Mix Steel Cut Oats, Protein Powder, Water, and Honey in a bowl.  Heat in microwave for 1 minute.  Stir.  Heat again for another 1 minute.  Enjoy!

I'm thinking of getting more creative next time - adding Vanilla Almond Milk or fresh fruit!
