Week 2 Bikini Challenge!

It's already week two of the TIU Bikini Challenge!  I'm not going to lie, this weekend I was not 100% with the nutrition - seeing old friends and celebrating birthdays, it's hard!  However, I didn't go overboard (as I usually do) and I tried to pick healthy choices when eating out.  Week two...it's on!
Monday: As you can see, I've already lost some lbs! 
This morning I couldn't work out before work so I came home and completed a 10 minute HIIT workout
and a chest & back workout with heavy weights



Tuesday's Challenge: Sandcastle Workout x3 & HIIT Sweet 16




Wednesday's Challenge: Bikini Booty from the new Bikini DVD & walk to Whole Foods after work ~2 miles


Thursday's Challenge: HIIT the beach for BCWO and heavy weights for shoulder workout for PMWO




Friday: Took the day off work and enjoyed a 12:30 BodyPump class & the HIIT Size Shrinker ~ 2.0 miles!

Saturday: Rest day - feeling sore from yesterday's BodyPump.
